Founded and managed by Stéphane Bulliod, Matilog is a logistics consulting firm based in Villefontaine, near one of Europe's largest logistics hubs, Saint-Quentin-Fallavier. With proven experience in the field, the company has been helping manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers improve their operational performance for over ten years.
Matilog was built on a simple belief: logistics performance depends on a detailed understanding of the realities on the ground and on concrete, measurable solutions tailored to each environment. That's why our teams favor a pragmatic and collaborative approach, combining technical expertise, mastery of information systems (WMS, automation, interoperability), and human support.
